Coupons Save the Day....Father's Day

Father's Day is this week...have you decided what you will be getting for your father or husband. Here's a suggestion...order a gift from Amazon, give the guy a card and he will love it.  I personally think the battery drill would be perfect. I could use it too. 

  

My daughter called yesterday asking about a coupon she was looking at for a Father's Day gift.  It was on Living Social and featured a special occasion at half price.  We decided to buy four coupons.  Now here is the question...do you use Groupon or Living Social or Google for gift purchases?  I really think you should subscribe to these services if you aren't already.  It is a given these days that paying full price for anythings, including a round of golf, is not being smart financially.

Today I found out about a Groupon Coupon for a "Garden Bootcamp".  Four hours with a landscaping specialist spent in her yard learning about the plants and then watching her make a project.  The person that did it thought it was wonderful.  I would have loved to have done that but I missed the coupon.  Darn, I should practice what I preach.
